We don't just want to be fast, we want to be smarter, more efficient runners––this means healthier and less injury prone running in the long run.
We're a diverse group of runners that share a love of running and racing. Running with good people is fun, just like hard workouts are fun.
We have group running sessions Tuesday and Thursday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings––lots of opportunity to come out and join us!
(We don't stop in the winter! We run sessions at Monarch Park's indoor track)
